Back when I used to watch Nick Jr., there was a show called Gullah Gullah Island. In this show, there was a politoad (or something like that) named Benyah Benyah. For two summers in a row, there was a spin-off of this show called Benyah Benyah’s Island. There were only five episodes ever created. They aired one episode each day of the week. They played the show for two weeks in a row for these two summers. The episodes only ever aired in total 20 times. I watched every single one of them.

Right now, I have a mission for you. Go to Google. Search for “benyah benyah island”. You will see that there are only 145 entries. (Hopefully, my website will make 146 and will be the top, most relevant result.) Look at the results, now. About 10 of them are about Gullah Gullah Island, and they happen to mention Benyah’s name, since he was, after all, a character on that show. If you look through all 145 results NONE of them mention that there was a miniseries called Benyah Benyah Island.

If anyone has any information AT ALL about this old TV show, PLEASE contact me! I really want to rediscover this show that I loved so much as a kindergardener!

I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but my eyes itch, my nose itches, and all the skin on my face itches. My mom is a pharmacist, and she doesn’t know what to do. I had to take my contacts out to put the drops in, so I’m wearing my glasses now. My face is red from being rubbed, and my hair is all messy. I would probably look really funny right now. I’m not going to write a long blog post today, though, because I just don’t feel like doing anything but burying my face in the pillow and trying to to scratch!

Wow, I’ve been playing with this Webkinz thing today, and man is it fun! I can’t believe it. I thought it would be stupid at first. But the truth is, you spend most of your time in the arcade, playing normal games like Mahjong, Boggle, and Snake with Webkinz twists. I’m actually having a lot of fun building Popo’s little house and letting him ride around in his Milk Truck!

It’s only $19.99 for one year of Webkinz. You don’t have to use a credit card or anything! You just buy a stuffed animal from almost any store. I really recommend getting one of these babies just for playing the games. Like I said, their the normal games you might play on a regular basis, just all in one place! Off to buy a sofa!

This will be a rather short blog post, but I was checked out of school before lunch today. My ear was really hurting me, and I had just a tad of a fever. I wanted to know if I needed to go to the doctor or not, and the nurse said I should. I went to the doctor, and he said I don’t have an infection. He still believe that my ear hurts though. He says it probably comes from grinding my teeth in my sleep. So, I’m home now with a sore ear, but well. It’s time to wash some dishes!

Good thing I felt like taking a shower last night! Once again, I’ve slept in late. I slept in leaving less than an hour before I’m supposed to walk out of the door. That means no shower this morning, no extra web-surfing this morning, no extra studying this morning, no nothing this morning! All there is is enough time to write my blog post for today. I need to eat and then get out! I hate that the alarm fails to wake me up so much! I just turn the alarm off and then go back to bed. It’s not fun. :’(
